The service
AlwaysReply AI provides an AI-powered website assistant, lead-capture tools and a customer portal. Features and limits may change while the service is in pilot.
Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and must not use it to mislead people, send abusive or unlawful content, interfere with the service, or collect information you are not entitled to collect.
AI responses
AI-generated responses can occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. Businesses remain responsible for important decisions, promises, prices and professional advice given to their customers.
Plans and limits
The free plan currently includes 100 AI conversations. Paid plans provide higher usage allowances as described at purchase. Usage limits and pilot pricing may be updated for future subscriptions.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. During the pilot, functionality may be changed or temporarily unavailable while improvements are made.
